Happy Hump Day! I’ve realized time really flies when you commit to a weekly post! As in I swore I just did this yesterday … but I really didn’t.
Who tweets? Amy did a post on social media last month. She’s got great tips. She just added Twitter backgrounds to her shop. Check those out!

If you’re still creating Valentine products for your clients (or yourself for that matter!), Holly has an awesome Vintage Valentine Collection of papers. Very pretty! Also take a peek at her Vintage Valentine Wallet templates … great add-ons for portrait sessions.

Tara has Cherish backgrounds available in her store. These are great for Valentine’s Day and would also work for baby girl albums.

Kim Hill has a ton of senior rep cards in her shop … ’tis the season … get your rep programs rolling!

Last, but not least … Traci just added two Frame Up collections. Easy way to add a little something to your image!

Guess I’ll see you next month!! Have a great week!

Happy Thursday! I’m hoping this post finds you photographers as busy as the Pink Ink designers are. It amazes me how many new products are added to our site each week.
Just because Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, I’m going to start off with a few more Valentine products. Hello January … where did you go?
Tara has a great Valentine card that is also a calendar. Love it!

I’ve added a few Valentine cards to my store (MadiLu Designs). This one might be my favorite as you can use it for boys or girls and I happen to have two of each

Looking for something smaller? Tisha has a sweet Valentine wallet set worked in with a few every day ideas.

OK … fun idea from Holly’s store. These are Red Lips are printed out and used as props for your clients. Add these to your sessions and you’re sure to get a lot of smiles! Very cute way to dress up a Valentine card.

To follow up with a similar product, try her Bubble Thought printouts. I’m sure your clients will love that you’re reading their minds!

Looking for ways to improve your workflow? Amy has created a set of actions to help you resize your images for web and blog. Efficiency rocks! Seriously … check out Kim’s mix-and-match book templates while you’re at it and you will become the Jedi of workflow organization!

Not only is it the season of love, it’s a great time to be finding your senior reps for 2011. Carrie has a rep card in her store that will help you spread the word! Speaking of seniors, Heather has created a Teen Angst Bundle. Check out her store for more Teen Angst products. Do I date myself if I suddenly have Nirvana songs running through my head??

Have a great week! As always, keep checking back for great giveaways and more information. Visit our forums. You never know when cool goodies are hiding in there!

Holy update! Lots going on at Pink Ink this past week. Holly held her Open House at her new studio … congrats to her!! The fabulous Amy Kant was in attendance … awesome! I (MadiLu Designs) took a quick trip to the Imaging USA expo in Nashville. My head is buzzing with ideas! In the meantime, the designers were busy stocking up the store.
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, so keep checking as we’re constantly adding new products for said holiday. Like this one … Carrie’s Heart Storyboard. It does double-duty. Use it for Valentine’s Day and after that you’ve got yourself a wedding template.

Tegan has a cute Valentine card. I love me some pink!

Our new designer, Tisha, is blowing me away with her new products! Not only are these Valentine bookmarks super cute, check out her Tranquil marketing set. Many, many pieces to see, including this 5×5 digital delivery template.

My friend, Kim Hill, has been working on more mini accordion templates. You can have 10 images in these. Not only do they make great client gifts, but most labs will print in sets of 3 and you can keep one for a studio sample.

Mariella also has an accordion mini book that you can’t pass up. I saw lots of mini books at Imaging USA. They seem to be a hit!

Enough chit-chat from me … start shopping and have a great week!

Kim Hill has come up with a sweet card for your Valentine Mini Sessions. Love this!

Tara’s Scalloped Love Seals are great to add to your images. You can change the colors, use them as distressed or clean. Endless possibilities with these!

We’ve got a few other items to mention …
We’re stocking up our premade logos. This one from Tracy is very cool. I love the elegant swirls and swoops. Make it your own … only one will be sold.

If you’re making studio updates as the year begins, grab Carrie’s Information Trifold. It has a senior look and feel to it, but you can easily customize to make your own.

Last, but not least, we have a new designer on staff. Welcome Mariella!! Check out her 10×10 Press Printed Book Templates. Can’t wait to see what else she comes up with!

Have you seen Holly’s new storyboard? It’s ginormous! Yes … someone has been watching a little too much Elf lately. Holly has created a 30×30 mega storyboard. How great would this be as a wall collage of one of your sessions?

With 2010 just around the corner, it’s time to get organized and set for the new year. Carrie created these CD calendars and to-do lists. Awesome. I’m a firm believer in to-do lists. These would make great gifts for clients too. Holly has created a set of 4×6 Build Your Own Calendars. Love these too … lots of possibilities.

If you follow Holly’s photography business, you’ll love her senior work. This splash page definitely speaks to a senior crowd. Also fun for kids and families and if you want to make an impact in the wedding industry. Something different … fun and fresh!

Last, but not least … it’s the giving season. If you are a “super-last-minute-have-no-idea-what-to-buy-today” type of person, grab these gift certificates. Now. No more procrastinating
From everyone at Pink Ink Studios, have a safe and happy holiday. Thank you for your business and support this year. Looking forward to great things in 2010.
*When I say great, I REALLY mean GREAT! We’ve got awesome giveaways coming up. Watch for clues and details. You won’t want to miss it!!

I promised. I delivered. I won’t lie and pretend it wasn’t down to the wire though! I’ve got a few new products in my store this week.
I’m calling myself out on being a design nerd. Pantone announced the 2010 Color of the Year yesterday. Drumroll please … 15-5519 Turquoise. Hoping for red next year, friends, as turquoise is a bit much to type 100 times.
Here is a new storyboard set and a 5×7 card in, you guessed it, turquoise! If you’re not a fan of next year’s color, these can be customized with the color of your choice. I thought it might be fun to do a set of storyboards. Find your moms with little girls. Yes … each will need one of her own.

Carrie is offering a four pack of announcements in her store. These are so sweet. If I had to pick one, well … let’s just say I can’t. That’s why it’s a great thing she’s offering as the set!

Heather has stocked her shop with more iPhone wallpaper. I so want to give a big “grrrrr” when I see these. I LOVE this set and you get all eight! Come on … live on the wild side! OK, I’ll stop now before I further embarrass myself, friends or family.

If you’re still doing holiday cards, get your templates now. It’s almost here!!!!
Have a great week!!

It’s possibly the craziest time of year, yet new designs keep rolling in! I work amongst rock stars, I tell you.
Not that you all need the ins and outs of my personal business, but I’m finally eligible for an iPhone upgrade in a few weeks … it’s about time. As soon as I get my hands on one, I’m all over Heather’s new iPhone wallpaper kit. How cool would this make me?

Check out Kim Hill’s store for new splash pages. I love the one she did that incorporates social media. Use this and no one will be able to say they can’t find you … ever!

If you need basic album templates, look at Amy’s new 12×12 set. After you get this, check out our textures and overlays and you can create beautiful albums that will have your clients singing your praises.

Who else is slightly alarmed that 2010 is just around the corner?? Make people think you’re organized and on top of things with a 2010 calendar. (self-directed statement there!) Jackie has new templates in her store.

That’s just the short version of What’s New This Week. Always check out our New Products link and you’ll see more goodies each week. I (MadiLu Designs) vow to have new products next week. And now that it’s been published I’ll have to stick to it
Have a great week!

Keep things simple … check out Kim Hill’s new borders. It’s an easy way to spruce up an image without going overboard.

Carrie added Accordion Square Mini Templates. These work great to show off multiple images from a session. You could even give one to your clients … wouldn’t that make their day??

Last but not least … Holly added these fun Grungy Photo Strips. They’re great for seniors and even your photo booth sessions.
