Books and albums aren’t just for weddings anymore. Some other great ways to offer albums to your clients are for:

Newborn session
Bun-in & out sessions (maternity & then newborn shoot)
Senior portraits
Birthday Parties
A day in the life book
Details of the wedding, instead of the traditional album
Love book

Have you heard of KISS albums…

and their so easy, so simple philosophy?

Holly has some amazing spreads in the store for their albums. Love them! (There are also other album templates – check them all out here, and don’t forget they are on sale until April 15^th. Click here for more info). Album templates are a great way to shorten the amount of time that you spend on making your books & albums (‘cause we all know that time = money) and I love their versatility too.

While you’re checking out the KISS website, make sure you have a look at the “little KISSes” – they are so cute! A great gift to clients, or an add-on for parents, grandparents, and the like.

Looking for a little inspiration? Here are some things to get you going for the month of February:

1. I’d love to see a gorgeous Mark Brooke bride in front of this neutral but jazzy back drop. (Wallpaper from romofabrics.com)

2. I’m in love with these love seal brushes from Tara Sroka, which you can get right here at Pink Ink Studios! Make them any color you want and use them for everything from Valentine’s day cards to birth announcements.

3. I love the simplicity of this red mokara bouquet from redenvelope.com, but mostly I chose it for it’s great color combination.

4. I’ve been spotting umbrellas everywhere in photos. I would choose this Signature Bella Umbrella in pink (you can customize the umbrella and handle) from signaturebella.com.

5. February 7, 2008 is Chinese New Year. Order take-out while you work on your latest batch of photos. Chinese Lantern by kassyjo86.

6. Find love in unlikely places, or at least, find hearts. I Searched for “heart” in flickr groups and found this photo, wooden heart by rollinoldman, in the group “The Unexpected Heart”.
