OH WOW! Tonya & Co.’s amazing texturizing of this beautiful ornament shot should go on the front of a Christmas card, don’t you think? Seriously, it’s stunning and that gold with the texture just gives it that extra touch. LOVELY! Textures and Overlays can be purchased here. Just layer them over your photos and change your blend modes, or use some of your favorite texture actions out there to apply these. Here’s an older blog post on how to use our textures in Photoshop.

WOW! Lu! This photo is amazing! I love love love how you did this night shot. Night shots are so great when the light is glowing and you can still see the details.

Gorgeous – not sure which presets she used, but she processed it using one of ours and through Lightroom (gotta love that Lightroom program!). I realized that I forgot the date on yesterday’s Photo of the Day! Trying to keep myself somewhat consistent. SORRY! Today’s Photo of the Day belongs to our good friend, Jeff (a.k.a. MovieHawk) for this kick-butt shot at EPCOT! Dude, did you go to Disneyworld for Christmas? Anyhoo – it’s an amazing shot and he used Andie’s Bangor preset from her Road Trip presets. SMOKIN’! So, something new we’re going to try in January and we really hope you’ll start participating, is that each day of the month, we’ll be posting our Photo of the Day. On Fridays, you will be able to vote on our blog for your favorite. Then, each week, the winner will get a $20 gift certificate to the store. COOL HUH? So, how do you get your photo in as Photo of the Day here on the blog? Just use Pink Ink Products and post in our Flickr Group here. You should indicate what you used on your photo to help us let our viewers know too and TAG YOUR PHOTO with Pink Ink Studios. That’s it! We randomly pull images each day and YOU COULD be a winner! And, finally, anyone with any gift certificates owed to them while we were transitioning the new cart should be completed by the end of the weekend. It’s been an overwhelming past few weeks with Merlin’s passing, Christmas, shopping cart woes (oh the woes) and just adjusting to getting back into the swing of things. So, thank you SOOOOOO much for your patience. OH – and I’m working on trying to fix the blog so the categories of our posts can be seen again (no clue where those went!)

There are new textures up in the store. I’ve tried something new…instead of being 4×6 these are full size….well the size they come out of my camera!
