IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER – and did not get your downloads yet, do NOT WORRY! We will help you!!!! We just need to be able to get into our records from today to do so. Unfortunately, the PayPal email receipts you have don’t help us match up the actual products for verification. So, once we can get back in, you will get those! Your patience is appreciated. No New News Yet!

AS of tonight – 7:45 p.m., our host has YET to reply to us about what to do to get our store up and going again. We cannot promise anything at this point because, well, we know as little as you do. This is a shame for them as it does not sit well with us and their customer service abilities. Please note, that once we are back live again, we will probably NOT prolong the current sale as it has run it’s course of 30 FULL days and we need to retire those items and remove those large files off of our server to avoid situations like this in part. We will however have a new, grand re-opening sale coupon to use on a purchase for a full week once we reopen on all items in the store.

Please stay tuned to our blog as we work on updating the store’s homepage to move the blog there and keep you more in the know this way. We apologize again and appreciate your understanding and support.

Update – it’s now 10:00 p.m. and I guess I’m giving up on getting any help from our current store hosts. I am just really disgusted by it all, but what can I do? I’m at their mercy. Thanks for being patient and maybe I’ll get SOME word tomorrow.

Don’t You Just LOVE IT when…

you send out your email to the entire list and the database crashes on the store at the same time? Talk about a nightmare. I think it happens to me more times that I care to count. Sheesh! Apologies and hopefully it will be back soon!

Update: Our host has decided we’re taking up too much server usage. So, they have shut off the store’s software script. We apologize profusely and are working to resolve this issue. We will be leaving this host!!!!

That’s right……time’s starting to run out with the awesome Going Gone Retirement sale and there really are some must have items in there that you need to pick up.  Some of my favs…..

Andie’s Lightroom Roadtrip Presets-  I use these almost every week, especially the Buffalo black and white action…..YUMMO!!  And what about her Storyboards…..so easy to use and my clients love em!!

Holly’s Carrie Ann Business Set-  What can I say…..I looooooove it!!!  Her Old School Lightroom presets ROCK and are a total bargain right now!
